Mark Spier

President & CEO

Mark Spier is Founder and CEO of Royalty Solutions Corp., a company that provides royalty processing and licensing services for independent record labels and music publishers. Mark established RSC in 2011 after noticing a need for an affordable solution for companies looking to process royalties without creating their own specified royalty departments. Mark has a BS in Computer Science from Cornell University and an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School. He worked a decade overseeing operational technology innovation in the banking industry for 10 years. Mark is also CEO of a third generation music publishing company, Memory Lane Music Group, since 2003.

Alexandra Morancy

Royalties Manager

Alexandra Morancy is a specialist in royalty processing and publishing, beginning her career back in 2014 in Berlin, Germany as a Licensing Manager for !K7 Records. Having graduated from Berklee College of Music with a Masters in Global Entertainment / Music Business in 2014, Alex has worked her way through the music industry in various capacities – finally finding her passion for royalties back in 2017 while working as a Royalty Administrator at Peermusic in Burbank. Over the course of three years, Alex evolved from a Royalty Coordinator to Royalty Manager at Peer, gaining experience processing domestic and foreign royalties while also leading a small team of administrators along the way. Before coming to Royalty Solutions, she was the Royalty Payables Manager for Warner Chappell Music in Los Angeles. Alex’s passion for music goes beyond numbers, producing electronic music in her spare time. Alex looks forward to growing with the Royalty Solutions team and assisting clients with all their processing and analytical needs.

Jessica Brant

Royalties Manager

Jessica Brant has been working in music publishing for over 6 years, lending her expertise in a variety of areas including Income Tracking, Copyright, Account Setup and Client Relations, and Royalty Processing. From Sony /ATV Music Publishing to BMG Rights Management, she has continued to hone her craft to help artists and songwriters get the attention and understanding they want for their music. Adding to this her knowledge of PRO accounting and processes from her time working at SESAC, she brings a well-rounded base to any company.

Michael Elliott

licensing & copyright Manager

Michael Elliott has worked in music publishing and licensing since graduating from New York University in 2014. He has a BA in Music Business from the Steinhardt School of Culture, Education, and Human Development. He is currently the Licensing and Copyright Manager at Royalty Solutions, overseeing mechanical licensing for label and distributor clients as well as catalog ingestion and registration for publishing clients. Michael is also an active member of the AIMP NY Youth Advisory Committee, founded in January 2020.

Macy Noyes

Mechanical Licensing Coordinator

Macy Noyes has worked in music licensing and copyright since graduating from CUNY Baruch College in 2019 with a BA in Management of Musical Enterprises. Before joining Royalty Solutions Corp in May of 2023, she was at Sony Music Entertainment for three years in roles focused on intellectual property licensing and copyright administration. Currently, at Royalty Solutions, Macy handles day-to-day mechanical licensing for distributor clients. She looks forward to expanding her role to assist with catalog registration for publishing clients.

Rachel Mangi

Royalties assistant and Marketing Assistant

With a degree in Business Administration—Marketing and a decade of experience as an executive assistant, Rachel plays a pivotal role in optimizing RSC’s team operations and providing support to the Royalties Managers.  As a Royalties and Marketing Assistant, Rachel’s role involves working closely with Royalties Managers to create royalty statements, fix suspense errors, research clients’ catalogue, and upload sales files into statement portal and record maestro.  Rachel also handles Google ads and social media content, allowing the team to focus on their core tasks.

Mechanical licensing assistant

Teo, an accomplished freelancer with five years of experience, has diversified her skills across various tasks. Within the music industry, she excels in compiling musician lists, focusing on Latin America, and categorizing genres meticulously. Currently, as a Mechanical Licensing Assistant at Royalty Solutions Corp, Teo conducts thorough research on song splits to ensure fair royalty distribution, verifying data accuracy and maintaining organized records.

Ivy Pomarejos

Ivy Pomarejos has a degree in BS Accountancy from the Philippines, she began her online career working at an accounting firm at Boston Massachusetts, where she gained experience handling a wide range of business needs. But it wasn't long before Ivy discovered record label royalty accounting, and she soon joined Royalty Solutions as an Accounting Staff. She is responsible for reconciling intercompany balances, creating monthly royalty ledgers, and assisting clients with their accounting needs. She is committed to providing the highest level of service to all her clients and is always eager to learn more about the fascinating world of record label accounting.
